What Is the Analysts Tool?

The Analysts tool displays Wall Street analyst ratings changes for thousands of tickers. It shows upgrades, downgrades, initiated analyst coverage, and reiterated price targets.

The tool is designed to help you see what price targets professional stock analysts are assigning to stocks and track rating changes over time.

You can filter the table using the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner to view only upgrades, downgrades, initiates, or reiterates. You can also select a date in the past to view all ratings changes on that date.

How to View Analyst Rating Changes for Individual Stocks

The Analysts tool is designed to show ratings changes across the entire market. But you can also dive into analyst rating changes for individual tickers.

Search for the ticker using the main search bar at the top of Tandem Trader. On the stock page, select the Analysts tab to view all recent ratings changes. You can filter the table for upgrades, downgrades, initiates, and reiterates.
